Applying for a Loan from a Peer to Peer Company

As my high Street bank has rejected the loan application that I made, I have decided to apply for a couple of Peer to Peer Loans from a social lending company. I think that the main reason that my bank refused to give me a loan was because of the present economic situation. I find this very unfair as I have had a steady job for the last 15 years of my life and it is not likely to be affected by the present recession. Further to this I have a quite an exceptional credit record and I have always paid back my debts on time without fail. I have to admit that it was a surprise when my bank rejected the loan application. I am very hopeful that the social peer to peer lending bank will be able to fund me a loan. I think that this should be the case as I have a good credit history and I have every intention of paying back the loan in order to maintain my good credit record.
